We hire for two main roles and accept applications continuously as we are growing consistently. No experience is required for either role, just a willingness to learn. See two roles below:

• General Role: This is the role that includes Barista/Bartender/Cook waffles/Top waffles/Dough Making/Open & closer/Keyholder. All team members are expected to be trained and do all of these roles (not all at once!) as we are a small business and rely on everyone being trained to do every role. No one is above any task and we all pitch in to make Mountain Goat run as efficiently as possible while offering the highest level of customer service.

• Kitchen Assistant: This role is for someone to work solely in the kitchen that performs tasks including kitchen prep, waffle cooking, waffle topping, dough making, pastry prep, etc.
